The firm engages in debt collection, interstate enforcement of judgments, charging order litigation, issues involving fraudulent transfers, veil-piercing, alter ego, and successor corporation liability throughout Northern and Central California. The firm both attacks and defends asset protection plans.

The firm does not accept judgment collection actions or creditor-side litigation on a pure contingency fee basis. The firm may accept such litigation on a mixed reduced-hourly/contingency fee as may be negotiated, with a minimum $10,000 replenishable retainer required for fees and costs. The firm does not accept small "retail" collection matters, such as credit card accounts.
The firm also accepts debtor-side litigation issues and asset protection defense litigation on an hourly or negotiated fixed-fee basis, with a replenishable retainer required for fees and costs.
